Banking-Industry Veteran William M. Randle Joins
Board of DataTreasury Corporation
Founding member of BITS consortium feels DataTreasury will become a leader in its industry Plano, TX - DataTreasury Corporation, a small check-processing company, announced today that William M. Randle, a veteran of the banking industry and a widely acknowledged expert in the field of payments technology, has joined the company's Board of Directors.
A highly experienced manager, Mr. Randle is a former executive vice president of Ohio-based Huntington Bancshares and the current chief executive officer of technology provider Synoran LLC. He also served as one of the original members of the advisory board of BITS (formerly known as the Banking Industry Technology Secretariat), a nonprofit consortium that advises the financial services industry on matters of e-commerce, risk management, payments, and technology. Additionally, Mr. Randle is the holder of numerous patents related to the electronic processing of financial transactions. "I am very pleased to have joined the DataTreasury team," said Mr. Randle.
